Returns • Any defective item may be exchanged for the exact same item within 30 days of purchase only. Most products that we sell come with a full 1 year warranty. If your product becomes defective after the 30 day exchange period, we will either send your item out for repair or exchange the item at our discretion. Our customer is responsible for incurring any necessary shipping costs to return the defective item back to us. We will cover any shipping charges to return your new replacement item back to our you at no additional charge. • A return authorization number must be issued by us before any products are accepted for return or exchange. Items without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused. Please email us directly for your return authorization number. • Most times, if a purchase was made in error or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase to us, once you have gone through the return authorization procedure, within 30 days of the original purchase date. There are certain products that do not qualify for this 30 day return Policy.
