From Bottle's Description. Petro Chemical's Top Engine Cleaner is a special formulation of solvents, emulsifiers, surfactants and lubricants. There are no returns on any electrical items. Unused helmets may be exchanged for size or color. Helmet must be unused and in original packing with all tags affixed. Any valid return must be no later than 15 days of the date received. All returned products will be charged 25% restocking fee + shipping.
