We have a network of over 15 warehouses throughout the US that we use to drop-ship orders as well. Can I return something if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit? f you simply have a change of heart for any reason, yes, you can return the part (unless it is a tuner). At this time the buyer is responsible for return shipping. No restocking fee will apply. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning the item. If we ship you the wrong part or the part is damaged during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible and we will send a pre-paid return label and either issue a refund or send out a replacement part. Why is my country excluded from the Shipping locations? We use Ebay’s Global Shipping program to handle our International shipments. We ship the parts to their HUB in the United States and the Global Shipping program handles everything from there. The Global Shipping program controls which parts ship to which countries. Unfortunately, we have no control over this decision.
